   Ramon Cervantes, Executive Director of Family Visions Services, Inc. established the company in 2015 in Tulare, California. Since then, FVS, Inc. has served hundreds of Consumers in Tulare, Kings, Fresno, Kern, and San Joaquin counties. 

     As a young boy, Ramon’s parents instilled values of family, respect, and the care for others. Although, his mother Joaquina was born in Sterling, Colorado, his family roots began in a small town in the state of Michoacán, Mexico. Ramon’s parents immigrated to the United States in the mid 1940’s. He and his younger sister would later join the family in 1958. As farm workers, they worked throughout the state of California. The family settled in Stockton, California. Ramon was drafted into the U.S. Army and served stateside during the Vietnam War. He received his Master of Arts in Special Education - Early Intervention Services from Santa Clara University and Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies from the University of San Francisco. 

   Ramon is a lifelong advocate, an empathetic educator and tireless resource for youth, adults, and families. He continues to lead and serve with the same core values instilled by his family. Professionally and personally, he demonstrates care, respect, and the importance of family to those he serves. He proudly continues to promote these principles within his family-owned business to provide individuals with the highest level of service. Now, three generations strong, FVS, Inc. continues the legacy of providing services with the core values passed down from our ancestors.
